Every order ships free with tracking and insurance. We process orders within 1–2 business days (orders after 14:00 CET are processed the next business day). Delivery is typically 5–8 days in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, 6–10 days across the rest of Europe, 7–13 days for the UK, US, Canada and Australia, and 2–6 days in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Yes — every order is tracked and insured. Your fulfilment confirmation email includes a tracking link, and you can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page.

UK orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — nothing extra to pay. For the US, Canada and Australia, duties may apply depending on your country’s rules. See the Shipping Policy for your region.

If you’re a consumer in the EU or EEA you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Use the Withdraw from the contract page (also linked in your order confirmation email) — two steps and it’s done. Full details in our Refund Policy.
