At Atlas Management Solutions Limited (trading as CAIRO), we are committed to delivering your jewelry orders safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and your responsibilities as a customer.

By placing an order on cairojewellery.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed and captured.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 14:00 CET will be processed the next business day.
No weekend/holiday processing.
Fulfillment confirmation email includes tracking link.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time. All orders include free tracked and insured shipping to your destination.

Delivery times shown below are calendar-day estimates from the date of shipment and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

⚠️ Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to customs restrictions and operational limitations, we currently do not ship to India, Pakistan, or Palestine.


Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require an additional 2–3 days beyond the estimated delivery window.


3. Shipping Costs

Free worldwide shipping. No hidden fees.


4. Tracking and Order Updates

All parcels are fully tracked.

You will receive email updates for:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipment confirmation

  • In transit

  • Arrived in destination country

  • Out for delivery

  • Delivered

If tracking has no updates within 3 business days, contact Support@CairoSupport.com.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your parcel:

  • Has no update for 7 consecutive days, or

  • Has not arrived within 15 days of shipment

Contact Support@CairoSupport.com immediately.

Resolution:

  • Carrier investigation

  • Free replacement or full refund once confirmed lost

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or force majeure.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

EU & UK:
Duties & taxes are prepaid. No fees on delivery.

Rest of World:
Customer is responsible for customs charges.
Refused shipments due to fees → return costs + reduced refund.


7. Address Accuracy

Customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:

  • Delivery failure

  • Return to sender

  • Reshipment fees or reduced refund

Address changes are only possible before the order ships.
Contact Support@CairoSupport.com ASAP if you need to update your address.


8. Partial Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost. Each will have a separate tracking number.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers usually make 1–2 attempts or hold packages for pickup.

Unclaimed packages returned to us → reshipment cost or reduced refund.


10. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

Risk transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier and tracking is generated.

We recommend insurance for high-value orders.


11. Damaged or Missing Items Upon Delivery

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

If the package is visibly damaged at delivery, you may refuse it—notify us immediately.
